Another month and another hot palette but when it is from Becca Cosmetics, its definitely hard to resist! Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Glow Face Palette was a big hit last year and matching up to that level was not easy. This year Becca collaborated with Chrissy Teigen and boy oh boy, this palette is not less than any! I actually adore Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Glow Face Palette so it was no brainer getting this palette as I knew I’d love this one too.
The Becca x Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette | £45 includes two highlighters, a blush and a bronzer. One of the highlighters is Rose Gold which is from their permanent line but the rest three shades are exclusive to this palette. Price point wise I feel this one is very reasonable as the highlighter pans are quite a good size (like we had in Jaclyn Hill Palette).
This comes in a girly rose gold compact with glossy pink exterior (very Instagram-able). If you love a bit of shimmer, glow and warm hues in your face products, this palette is for you! The shades in this palette are very versatile and just like Jaclyn Hill’s palette, these look amazing on eyes as well.
All the shades work so well with each other, have excellent pigmentation, smooth finish and blend beautifully. Chrissy herself has got beautiful sun-kissed skin and this palette is all about that perfect Summer Glow. Let’s take a look on the individual pans 🙂
Rose Gold: This highlighter is from the permanent line and is a peachy highlighter with reddish undertones and gold sparkle. This gives a beautiful metallic sheen. This blends beautifully and doesn’t feel rough on skin.
Hibiscus Bloom: This luminous blush is a bright coral pink with warm undertones that gives a subtle golden glow on the skin. You need to have a lighter hand with this one but this will look absolutely stunning. There is a subtle difference from Rose Spritz of Jaclyn Hill Palette which you can see in the swatches below.
Malibu Soleil: This bronzer is medium bronze with warm undertones and has a beautiful satin finish. There is a tiny bit of shimmer to give a perfect sunkissed glow and not a flat matte look on the skin. This blends beautifully and doesn’t look shimmery at all.
Beach Nectar: This is a stunning champagne peach highlighter with warm undertones and gold metallic finish. This looks amazing on skin however you need to have a lighter hand with this one. If you go heavy handed, this highlighter can emphasize large pores or texture on your skin.
Overall Thoughts: All shades are well pigmented and blend beautifully on skin. These are universally flattering shades and will look good on everyone. Its a beautiful palette for sun-kissed glow this summer. If you’re a beauty lover, you definitely need this in your life. If you missed out on Jaclyn Hill Limited Edition Champagne Glow Face Palette, then you need this. If you already have Jaclyn Hill Palette and you do not want every pretty palette in the world, you can skip this :). If you’re only going to buy just one palette this year, make sure this is the one!
p.s. I got mine from SpaceNK for only £35. Make sure you follow me on all social media for any special discounts and offers to save you some cash for future purchases 😉 [#ShamelessSelfPromotion]

6 June 2017 at 8:10 AMHi Ash, I love Becca. Their Kibuki brush is the best and I use their powders as well. So I will definitely try this palette out.

6 June 2017 at 12:56 PMThere’s no denying it’s a beautiful palette and I bet on your skintone it’s looks amazing! However, I chose to skip on this as I felt the highlighters would be too warm for me and I’d also only recently bought the Sunchaser Palette. As always Ash, great photos! Xx

6 June 2017 at 1:39 PMThey’re both beautiful. I didn’t get my hands on the Jaclyn palette but actually I think the Chrissy one looks a little more wearable as it’s more subtle than the Jaclyn one. Knowing how pigmented Becca powders usually are, I think the Jaclyn one would be a little too intense for me xx

7 June 2017 at 8:45 PMYou have no idea how tempted I am to get this but I hate that the blush and bronzer are so tiny! I am waiting for Becca to release the full size of both blush and bronzer and then I will snag them!

9 June 2017 at 3:14 PMI love the packing and the shades look so pretty on the skin, very pigmented and perfect for the summer! I haven’t tried either palettes, so this one will be tough for me to choose from, they look quite similar and both seem to be loved! Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a great weekend ahead, girlie!
