Chloé Nomade Absolu de Parfum is all about independence, elegance & adventure. This fragrance is an intense interpretation of the original Nomade Eau de Parfum. This is a very sophisticated fragrance with a chypre-fruity character. The fragrance was launched in 2020 and Quentin Bisch is the nose behind it. This fragrance has a convincing modern feel to it and is very sophisticated without being serious.
Packaging: The bottle has the same elegant design as the previous versions of Chloé Nomade and reminds of the iconic Chloé handbag. The suede ribbon on the neck of the bottle has a darker hazelnut color and is adorned with golden studs. The fragrance shade is slightly darker than the original version too.
- Top Notes: Mirabelle Plum
- Heart Notes: Oakmoss, Davana
- Base Notes: Sandalwood, Musk
- Fragrance Family: chypre woody
Composition: The fragrance opens up slightly citrusy which is from Mirabelle Plum followed by the earthiness of Davana plant notes as well as oakmoss. The dry down is even more pleasant with the musky touch and woody character of sandalwood. The composition has richness and earthiness with a woody vibe to it.
Performance: This fragrance has moderate intensity but an incredible lasting power.
Final thoughts: This fragrance has more depth to it than the original Chloé Nomade Eau de Parfum. It is very fruity and zesty in the opening but a bit sweeter and gets deeper and woody as it dries down. This fragrance is slightly powdery from the musk notes. The fragrance is not typically sexy but is a beautiful sophisticated scent for classy grown-up women who want to be taken seriously.
Until next time, Ashh xo
