Regular readers know I am a sucker for highlighters :D . If anything that took my attention from Dior Skyline Fall 2016 collection, was this Luminizer – Diorskin Nude Air Limunizer – Shimmering sculpting powder. If you follow me on Instagram (here), you probably be seeing this on my feed for quite a while now. I bought this Luminizer couple of month ago and totally forgot about reviewing it. However, I did share the swatches on my instastory. Without blabbering much, I will quickly share my thoughts.
Packaging: This powder comes in a Navy card box with velvet casting for holding case and a small kabuki style brush. This also comes with a sleeve for the pan. The case of highlighter is mirrored silver with absolutely gorgeous abstract design and a good quality mirror inside. Totally what you expect from high-end makeup products.
Shade, Texture & Longevity: Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer #001 is a light beige powder with warm as well as slightly pink undertones and ofcourse luminous sheen. According to Dior, this powder is as light as a breeze, featuring a formula highly concentrated with illuminating pigments in a universal shade that can be adapted to any skin tone.
The powder is very finely milled to give that perfect radiantly luminous complexion that looks natural. The texture of product is very soft but not powdery, stays firm in the pan and tranfers nicely on to the skin…like melts to the skin without emphasizing on pores or texture on your skin.
The pigmentation is medium to buildable unlike Becca Champagne pop which is very insanely pigmented and pops in just one swipe. So, you can definitely use this for day to day wear..for work or for a night out.
It stays on for about 8 hours on me without fixing sprays and fades lightly after about 6 hours.
Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer shimmering sculpting powder retails for £39 but you might not need this if you already have Dior Glowing Gardens Illuminator or Becca Champagne pop.
Until next time..

I really like the sound of this, I hate powdery highlighters so this could be a winner plus it looks so luxe. Beautiful post lovely, thanks for sharing xxx

23 October 2016 at 5:14 PMLove Dior powders, and this does look stunning on your skin! I only didn’t pick it up at the time because I thought it was too similar to my Glowing Garden highlighters but I kind of want both now! Highlight addicts are us…!
