Caudalie is a French skincare brand that most beauty addicts love. Recently Caudalie’s Beauty Elixir completed 20 years and a limited edition packaging with same iconic formula was launched. The packaging has beautiful golden details and looks truly iconic. English Actress – Rosie Huntington Whiteley promoted this campaign and the product is a firm favourite for her too.
I have been using the Beauty Elixir for years now and if you’re a regular visitor of my blog or follow me on social media, you’d know how much I love this product.
Key Ingredients
- Grapes: Radiance, Moisturize
- Rose, Myrrhe: Tone
- Rosemary: Energise
This mist is great for:
- Smoothing away fine lines
- Refreshing the skin
- Toning and tightening pores
- Instantly boosting radiance
- Setting makeup
The LE Beauty Elixir is available for £12 for 30 ml and £32 for 100 ml.
Just after the launch of this limited edition Beauty Elixir, Caudalie launched their tinted lip balms called – French Kiss. French Kiss is infused with Caudalie’s signature anti-oxidant Polyphenol and beeswax to intensely nourish and protect your lips, whilst providing a pop of colour to enhance lip’s natural shade. The lip balms have a light Vanilla scent and are available in three shades – Innocence, Seduction & Addiction.
Key Ingredients
Polyphenols: Anti-oxidant
Beeswax: Nourishes and protects
Aloe Vera Extract: Repairs and soothes
Castor and sunflower oil: Nourishes and moisturises
Overall, the lip balms are nourishing but not overly sticky or thick. The pigment is not overpowering either. Its just a hint of colour to enhance lip’s natural shade. If you are someone who wants their tinted lip balms to be as pigmented as lipsticks, then this may not be your jam. But if you look for something that is natural and also benefit your lips not just in short term but in long term, you should definitely try this.
These lip balms are available for £10 for 7.5 gms.
Caudalie products can be purchased from Caudalie or other e-tailers as well as retailers like John Lewis, Beauty Expert, FeelUnique, LookFantastic, Mankind, The Hut and more.
Have you tried the Beauty Elixir or French Kiss balms yet? Which one is your favourite Caudalie product? If you haven’t tried the brand yet, do you think this ticks all the boxes for you? Let me know in the comments below.
Until next time..
