Hello Loves,
Hope you’re well.
Weather has started improving and I am trying to sort out my makeup stash, keeping spring colours in the front and more accessible.
Today I am sharing my Spring lipstick picks with you. Well, that doesn’t mean I am not going to buy any more lipsticks this spring ..Ofcourse, i will keep ticking off my checklist and share my hauls as we go along 🙂
Enough of blabbering, now lets move to lipsticks right away.
1) Kiko Creamy colour comfort lip liner 302 Warm Rose £5.90 | Post
This is such a stunning Coral lip liner which suits fair to medium skin tones very well. I bought this during the winters and wore this once . I have been waiting for spring / summers to arrive so these shades look more flattering with my white and pastel clothes. I did a detailed blog post (link next to heading). Available here.
2) Kiko smart lip pencil 703 Rosewood £2.50 | Post
This is burnt orange kind of shade which looks good all round the year. Looks very pretty in pictures and is very similar to Rimmel lasting finish liner in ‘Spice’. The actual colour is brighter than rose wood. Available here
3) Rimmel London Lasting finish liner – 004 Indian pink £2.99
This shade is a brighter pink but lighter than raspberry (oh i am terrible at describing shades but you look at the swatches how stunning it is!). This works well all round the year too and suits all skin tones. This is available from Superdrug, Boots or feelunique.com .
4) Kiko smooth temptation Lipstick 04 English Rose £7.90 (Discounted price £2.30) | Post
This lipstick is for those who are not comfortable with bright shades and prefer neutrals or nudes all round the year. This also works well if you are going for a bronzed goddess look, this lipstick will enhance your look. Available here.
5) Clinique Pop Lip colour + Primer – Sweet pop £16
This is a light pink lipstick and looks beautiful on lighter skin tones. My lips are pigmented so I need to use a liner under this lipstick. This lipstick is very moisturising and this shade is absolutely stunning. Available from Boots and Lookfantastic.com

Hope there was atleast one shade that you would like to wear this Spring :).
Keep your eyes peeled for part 2/2 of the spring lips edit. In the mean time, please let me know if you have any suggestions for me to try this spring.
To be continued…
Lots of Love, Ash
