The vertical brush lifts and shapes each hair, and the oil-gel formula dries quickly without turning white or flaky. The formulation includes a solid oil with a melting point close to skin temperature, allowing it to warm and glide on smoothly upon contact. Sweat and water-resistant, the pencil offers a touch of flexibility for an effortless, smooth application.

I love that this brow pencil comes as a refill and a holder (with a brow brush on one end) which is easy to screw in so you can have more than one shades with just one holder. This is especially good if you’re a makeup artist or for those who just want to get the refill pencil instead of repurchasing the holder as well. I have got the shades 01 Khaki and 02 Brown in Smooth Eyebrow Pencil and they both look suitable for my skin tone. The shades are subtle and the fine tip is perfect for accuracy.
SUQQU 3D CONTROL EYEBROW, £40
A cult favourite from SUQQU, the 3D Control Eyebrow pencil is now offered in two new shades. It’s crafted to add depth and sculpting definition, ensuring perfectly groomed brows.

It imparts an elegant shimmer to your complexion, enhancing any look with a pearlescent radiance. The shades reflect the brilliant qualities of natural gemstones, offering a stunning, radiant finish.
- 101 White Opal – The translucent highlighter blends silver and blue pearls to achieve an opalescent glow. A touch of red and gold pearls help ensure it blends into skin to elevate natural radiance.

I have the White Opal shade in the reflecting highlighter, and it is absolutely stunning. The shimmer is so fine and blends so beautifully as if it is melting into the skin. It looks beautiful and very sophisticated on the brow bone.
